How quickly can care start?

Care typically begins within 24 to 72 hours of your first call. That includes the free in-home assessment, the care plan, and the caregiver match. If a hospital discharge is moving faster than that, tell us and we’ll do our best to meet the timeline.

Where is your office?

Our office is at 140 E Ridgewood Avenue, Suite 415S, in Paramus. Assessments happen in your parent’s home, so you never need to come to us, but we’re close by if you want to meet in person.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Our minimum shift is 4 hours. Some families start with a few visits a week and adjust from there. The assessment is where we work out a schedule that actually fits.
